Booking & Service Policy
To secure your event date, a $100 deposit is required. Please note that without this deposit, your date is not reserved and will only be held for 24 hours. The deposit is non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule, provided your new date is available.
Social Station Service
The functionality of our Social Station is dependent on the availability of a stable WiFi connection at your venue or event location. Please note that some unsecured WiFi networks may restrict access, preventing us from providing this service.
Force Majeure (Acts of God) Policy
In the rare event of unforeseen emergencies beyond our control—such as a car accident, flat tire, or medical emergency—that prevent our attendant from reaching your event, a full refund will be issued without question.
By booking our services, you agree that neither you nor any affiliated party will engage in slander or defamation against our company, brand, or image in the event of such unforeseen circumstances.
